EDUCATION 
Lucille received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Ed. from Albany State University, NY, a Master of Arts Degree in Theology from St. Vincent dePaul Regional Seminary, Boynton Beach, FL and completed all of the course work for an MBA in Finance and Investment Banking from Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY.

REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE 
A real estate veteran for over 20 years, Lucille has been active in real estate since 1986. She is the owner and Licensed Real Estate Broker for Nationwide Realty Int’l, LLC. She is a member of the REALTOR Association of the Palm Beaches, the Florida Association of REALTORS and The National Association of REALTORS, and the Regional MLS, Inc.  She holds the distinguished CIAS designation (Certified Investor Agent Specialist), is a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council and holds designations as Accredited Buyer’s Representative, ABR® and Certified Distressed Property Expert, CDPE. These associations uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that its members are current on the latest marketing techniques and legislation effecting real estate. She holds the position of Vice Chair on the Advisory Board of the Master Brokers Forum of Palm Beach and is a member of the Multi-Million-Dollar Producers Club. 

BACKGROUND 
Prior to her Real Estate career, Lucille was Vice President, Director of Public Finance for an Investment Banking Firm where she underwrote the public offering of Municipal Bonds. Her previous experience also includes Product Specialist in the Marketing Department of International Paper Company, NY, NY.

Lucille served as Chairman of the Financial Advisory Board to the City of Boca Raton as well as the Chairman of the Industrial Development Revenue Bond Board for the City of Boca Raton. At present, she is a Vice Chair of the Advisory Board for Master Brokers Forum of Palm Beach. She has served on the Executive Board of SAPA at Saint Andrews School and has served on the Annual Fund & Board of the Parent Organization at Pine Crest School in Ft. Lauderdale. She has served on the Executive Board of Directors for the Junior League of Boca Raton where she chaired several committees including Fund Development and Bylaws and on the Capital Campaign for the Vegso Community Resource Center, which acts as the League headquarters and provides training and resources for other non-profit organizations and a grant library. She has also chaired and worked on many successful fundraising committees and provided grant writing for League & community projects. She is an active member of the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.

PERSONAL 
Lucille and her husband Mike, a Dentist, practicing in Boca Raton have been married for 29 years living in Boca their entire married life. They have three sons: Michael, a 2008 Graduate of the University of  Notre Dame and third year medical school student; Matthew, 22 a senior at Vanderbilt University, School of Engineering, and Chris; 18, a Freshman at Marquette University.  Lucille has always been very involved with her sons from attending all of their sports activities to serving many different volunteer positions at their schools. She has served as President of the Catholic Realtors for the past 6 years.

As a master broker of Luxury Estates, Lucille takes a specialized approach as a real estate professional. Her first step is to sit down with her clients and listen to their wants, needs and desires.
